  • Shoulder Mobility Movement Session

    Natalie leads a session focusing on moving everything from the wrist to the neck. A flowing movement that can be gentle and fun. Explore your available range of movement, connect to your body and breath. Most of all have fun and explore your potential in movement.

  • Lumbo-Pelvic Stability (using a ball at the sacrum)

    Natalie and Luna explore neutral pelvis in this session. We begin by using a ball, breathwork and gentle movements to find and connect to "your" alignment. We then move into a stabilization exercise to work your deep abdominals and get you out of those hip flexors.

  • Quadraped (or hands and knees)

    Natalie and Luna explore alignment in quadraped while firing up those stabilizing muscles and opening the posterior hip capsule.
