Lumbo-Pelvic Stability (using a ball at the sacrum)

Natalie and Luna explore neutral pelvis in this session. We begin by using a ball, breathwork and gentle movements to find and connect to "your" alignment. We then move into a stabilization exercise to work your deep abdominals and get you out of those hip flexors.
What you'll need in this session: small Pilates ball or substitute 2 bath towels
