Pointe Assessment
We are looking at the range of motion and alignment in the ankle needed for pointe. Afterwards, we will do a balance session using the airplane exercise. This is a great exercise for working onntrunk control, leg strength, and balance. Have fun exploring an added twist to your home exercises.

Neck Mobility
We are looking at the neck, upper back and shoulder mobility. We are doing some movements along with some breathwork. This is a great routine to help with any aches in neck and shoulder. Remember modify any movements. This also is a great way to start your day or unwind from a long day.

Hip (Yoga Deer Stretch)
We are looking at a yoga pose (Reindeer stretch) to improve the medial and posterior glide of the hip. You can add a self massage to the hip flexor to further open the hip. Experiment with spinal extension and flexion to deepen stretch.

Shoulder Mobility Movement Session
Natalie leads a session focusing on moving everything from the wrist to the neck. A flowing movement that can be gentle and fun. Explore your available range of movement, connect to your body and breath. Most of all have fun and explore your potential in movement.

Hip Mobility Assessment and Re-education
We are looking at the hip mobility and alignment. Afterwards, we will do a session using bands and isometric muscle activation to improve mobility. Lastly, we will do some stabilization exercises to learn how to control the leg while engaging abdominal muscles.
